Questions that come up first
My birth time is missing, or I only know it within a range.
Almost every part of a Human Design chart moves during a single day, so without a time Innercove computes nothing rather than showing you something that might belong to somebody else. Your details are saved; add the time when you know it and the chart follows. A range is kept whole: the app will not pick a likely minute inside it and call the result your chart. A birth certificate, a hospital record or a parent's memory of the hour is usually where the time turns up.
The clocks changed on the night I was born.
If the clocks went back, the time you entered happened twice, and the app shows both moments and waits for you to say which one it was. If they went forward, an hour never came round, and the app says so and asks for a time outside it. The app uses the time zone rules in force on that day, not today's.
Nearby does not find the other phone.
Both phones need Innercove open with visibility on, on the same local network or in the same room, and iOS needs local network access for Innercove (Settings app, under Innercove). Nothing is shared until both of you accept. A phone you blocked stays hidden until you unblock it in People.
I bought a plan and the app asks again.
Settings, under Your plan, has Restore a purchase: it asks Apple for the plan bought with your Apple ID. If you have a code from us, Redeem a code is on the same card. Plans are managed, and cancelled, in your Apple ID settings, not in the app.
How do I keep my charts on two devices?
Leave the iCloud switch on in Settings, under Data and privacy, on both devices signed in with the same Apple ID. The data lives in your own iCloud; Innercove cannot read it.
How do I delete everything?
Settings, under Data and privacy, has Delete my data. It removes your chart and birth details, the people and their charts and the groups, and, if you tick the box, the saved passages and notes too; the app returns to its first screen. Because there is no server, that is everything.
Which languages does the app speak?
English, and Romanian once its library is complete. The app follows the language you choose for it in the Settings app, the whole app in one language.
Is this medical or psychological advice?
No. The astronomy is measured; what Human Design says it means is presented as a teaching, alongside medicine, psychology and professional advice, never in place of them. Nothing in the app is a prediction about you.
Testing before the release
Innercove is being tested through Apple's TestFlight before it reaches the App Store. If you were invited, the TestFlight app on your iPhone shows the current build; feedback from there reaches us the same way as from the app.
